Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide us at least 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment so we’re able to book other guests. The original service cost will be charged in the event we do not receive cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Late Policy

We ask that you call us if you’re running any later than 5 minutes. We’ll do our best to accommodate you without delaying our next guest’s appointment. In the event you’re running 10 minutes late or more, we will likely need to reschedule as we book most waxing in 15 minute increments.

No Show Policy

We will email, text, and sometimes call you prior to your appointment to remind you of the date/time. Not showing up for your appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the service booked for appointments 30 minutes or longer as our estheticians are commission based.

Waxing Age Policy

We offer waxing services for ages 12 and up with parental consent. Bikini/ Brazilian waxes are available to guests 15 and up with a parent/ guardian present.

Child Policy

We love your kids but we do ask that you leave them at home. The wax room is not always appropriate for children and we often have facials/ massages going on which require a quiet spa. We appreciate your understanding!

Return/ Refund Policy

Returns/ exchanges are accepted within 15 days on jewelry, apparel, accessories, and home goods. Any used/opened soaps, lip products, or candles cannot be returned. Skincare purchases are non-refundable.

Groupon Policy

Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Dollar amount paid never expires. Spa party for four requires a reservation at least two to three weeks in advance. Appointment always required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Valid only for option purchased. Voucher is non-transferable. Not valid for customers active within the past 12 month(s) in ID, and since 2013 for CA. Must provide 21+ ID to receive alcoholic beverages. Not valid with other offers or promotions. Standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). Sweet Cheeks is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. An auto gratuity of $10 per service is collected at checkout after Groupon services are complete. This amount can be increased if desired.

Membership Policy

Our memberships are available for Picture Perfect, Brazilian, Signature Renewal Peel, Microdermabrasion, Sweet Cheeks Custom Facial, or Sweet Cheek Custom Massage services. We do not require a downpayment, however a 6 month commitment with auto debit is required. After the 6 month commitment, 30 days notice is required to cancel the membership. All accumulated benefits will be forfeited. One final draft will be deducted from the account during the 30 day cancellation period. Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a charge equal to the cost of the scheduled service.

Gratuity Policy

Our Estheticians work very hard to provide a great experience! While gratuity is not required, it is greatly appreciated. 20-25% is the industry standard. For Groupons, an auto gratuity of $10 per service is collected at checkout after services are complete. This amount can be increased if desired.

Gift Card/ Gift Certificate Policy

Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift cards can be used towards products and services. Gift certificates are only applicable to the listed service.

The Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar (“Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18885597016 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
